About the Kamenstein Kraft Paper Spice Tube Set
Pick a theme and you get three blends that belong together. Tex Mex Twist brings Pinch of Pico, Bright N' Bold Chipotle Lime and Mucho Spicy Taco. Tasty Tailgates has Blazin' Buffalo, Sweet N' Tangy Honey Mustard and Nacho Mamas Spice, while Mediterranean Mixes has Squeeze O' Citrus, Nonna's Tomato Basil and Garlic & Herb. Each blend comes in a bag, so you fill the tube yourself and top it up later. The tubes are kraft paper with a patterned base and the name printed in bold on the front. Once a tube is empty, it holds another spice, or beads and buttons.
On the same shelf of the Kamenstein lineup stands the Are You Chicken? Camping Spice Set: buffalo and jerk seasoning in 2 jars with sifter caps.
Key features
- Three themes: Tex Mex Twist, Tasty Tailgates and Mediterranean Mixes, three blends in each.
- Fill from the bag: The blends come in bags, so you fill the tubes and refill them from what is left.
- Patterned paper: Each tube has a patterned base and its blend name in bold on the front.
- Reuse the tubes: An empty tube takes another spice, or small things like beads and buttons.
How to set it up
- 1
Choose a theme: Tex Mex, tailgate or Mediterranean.
- 2
Pour each bag into the tube printed with its name.
- 3
Shake or spoon the blend onto meat, seafood, pasta or dips.
- 4
Top the tube up from the bag when it runs low.
Extension services agree on the spot: a cool, dry cupboard away from the range keeps ground spices at their best, and your nose is the test of a jar.
