Bamboo caps the top and the base, and stainless steel runs between them, so this tower reads warmer than an all-steel rack. It measures about 8.13 inches wide, 6.25 deep and 11 high, a narrow profile made for tight spaces. Each of the sixteen jars wears a black lift and pour cap with the spice name on it, and a sifter underneath for measuring spoons. The set comes filled with bay leaves, celery salt, coriander, crushed mint, fennel seed, marjoram, parsley, rosemary, sea salt and others, and the spices may vary. If you register within 90 days, refills are free for five years apart from shipping and handling.
